*There are three ways to start online consultations. You can start by clicking the red arrows ①②③.
① Log in and open the "Appointment List" in the center of the bottom row. The appointment list screen will be displayed, so on the day of your appointment, click the blue "Start Online" button to move to the appointment screen and begin your appointment.
②Once your reservation is complete, you will receive an email like this.
Please test your camera and microphone by clicking the "Self-check here" link under "Pre-check recommended" before the day of your online consultation.
③You will receive an email like this 20 minutes before your appointment time. Please click on the URL when it is time.
You will be redirected to the treatment screen, where you can receive treatment.
④When your treatment is over, click "Exit" at the bottom of the screen
Click here.
⑤ Click "Leave Meeting." This will end the consultation.
<Note> Be sure to click the exit button.
If you do not leave the meeting, your camera and microphone will remain connected and the other party will be able to see your video.
