Side effects of ZepBound and how to deal with them
Main side effects (mostly temporary)
1. Nausea (20-30%)

Switch to small, frequent meals

Avoid fatty foods

Do not lie down immediately after eating (to prevent reflux esophagitis)

Do not use in conjunction with a low-carb diet
2. Changes in bowel habits (15-20%)

In case of diarrhea: Replenish fluids and electrolytes, eat easily digestible foods

For constipation: Increase fluid intake (2L or more per day), increase dietary fiber, and use laxatives if necessary.
Other side effects to be aware of
